The overall management was extremely poor and unorganized.
The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, and lacked courtesy.
Cleanliness and hygiene standards were not maintained, which left a very bad impression.

would like to highlight the excellent work of Ismail at Berlin Doner&Kebab! He always prepares the food with great taste and professionalism. The entire staff is extremely polite and friendly. All the dishes are delicious, but my personal favorite is the chicken doner wrap — it’s simply amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates quality food and great service.
