Poor customer management with less than a handful present to deal with.

The worst experience, we ordered pancakes that had bananas and strawberries, but they were out of strawberries and not only did they did not substitute another fruit for the strawberries they gave us a waffles instead of pancakes and didn’t change it for us. Then we had ordered a bagel sandwich and after waiting a long time, they came back saying they didn’t have bagels. When we got the bill, it was $100 for food that wasn’t even worth $50. I would never go there again.

Food was horrible waited over 1hr 30mins an the cooks look like they don't want to be at there job slowest service ever won't return 2nd the bread was cold an the butter was frozen

I visited Vaughan branch today morning , had a breakfast, it was amazing service though waiter named Gift , she is really a nice Gift , very friendly and helpful. food was so delicious

We just went today and wow from start to finished it was fabulous. The server was so super pleasant and I will definitely return. Thanks Ebetare (I hope I spelled it correctly) for the great service.

Great place for breakfast

First things first it took us 45 minutes to get our food which in standard time thats really long. I got my food after 45 mins meanwhile we had to wait other 15 mins for my husband's food which was the same thing I ordered and when the food came it was wrong n they had to fix it again ! Upon waiting for our food. There is a woman chefs who has her head phone in her ear ! The whole time ! And no hair net ! I work in the service industry as well n she isn't following any the health code that is need to be in the back of house ! This matter should be addressed asap.

Five stars for the hardworking staff. I wouldn’t come back here though. Food was mediocre and I agree with all the other reviews. I suspect the owner doesn’t care about this restaurant.

Went here today for the first and last time i had boom breakfast mybf had a boom burger my pealneal bacon was only cooked on one side burger was ok the bacon wasn't cooked the fries were so gross I would not recommend this place

BOOM! This place will probably go bust. This restaurant had the worst dining experience I've ever had in recent years. We arrived on a weekday morning at around 11:30 am and there was only 2 other tables with 2 people per table. One of the tables that was there before us waited for over 30 min and the food still didn't show so they just paid for their drinks and left. We contemplated on doing the same but we figured we'd wait since changing restaurants likely wouldn't have been faster. In hindsight, it would have been the smarter thing to do since we ended up waiting 40+ min before the food arrived and we were the only table in the restaurant. To top things off, the food was absolutely atrocious. It looked slapped together and didn't taste fresh. I don't know how the food and service from a restaurant can be so bad. I definitely will never be back.

Wow. What happened to this place? Arrived 12 noon on Monday (granted, it's Monday). Completely empty. We were only guests.
Now I know why. Server was clueless. Food served did not match what was ordered per the menu. Food was tasteless. Had to ask for water three times. Had to ask for cutlery and napkins.
Two people came in about half way thru our meal. They sat a long while. No service. They left. Pass on this place.

A greasy spoon in Vellore Woods that is not really greasy, instead, it is clean, has good service and offers unique breakfast choices balancing out the traditional plates of pancakes or eggs, ham, bacon, and toast. Excellent chicken and waffles too. Coffee is good too, not watered down. Decent pricing. Even has a small patio area.
