Absolutely disgusting service and even more disgusting customer service they added ketchup to my burger after I went home, opened it up to my shocking eyes, then drove all the way back and then simply asked for a poutine and they refused to give me a poutine because it was six dollars Horrible location don’t go there, I used to spend over $100 a week here maybe $200 a week and now they want me to email them to make it right why not make it right when I was at the window this place is disgusting and some of the employees are just idiots they need better training for customer service when the customer tells you what it will take to make it right you simply do it, but this experience is probably good for me because I don’t go there anymore and eating much healthier food.

Ordered through drive through and the staff missed a burger that I had ordered. Luckily I checked the bag on the way home and turned back to let them know. Staff just giggled and laughed when they realized, not seeming to be apologetic. Poor customer service but food was fine.

2024: 5/5 (primarily cause of the amazing customer service) - Fast, very friendly, very knowledgeable about their options, extremely helpful customer service (5/5). The drive thru is odd as unlike most places you do NOT go around the building...instead you enter from the west and exit on the west of the building...besides that no real issues...mushroom/swiss melt (5/5) was very good...whopper (3.5/5) was okay...sides (5/5) were delicious

The Indian girl at the drive through is a liar. I wanted to get a coupon online and instead she rushed me n said I need to collect points to use coupons, it cost me an additional $30.

It's a burger king, it's always hit or miss unless its the whopper, but as a combo they have gotten expensive, minus the 5 dollar menu , they have terrible soft drink machines every time I've recieved a drink here it taste like pop too much fizz it's mainly that bubble Taste, nasty

During lunch hours on weekends, this place is noticeably less crowded, allowing for a more relaxed dining experience. The fries and chicken fingers are consistently fresh and delicious. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to the overall positive dining experience.
