me and my friends came here for the first time with some friends who had been here before, and my friend ordered food for the first time and after 5 minutes he looks for his food to no avail. He asks the workers but they get mad at him because of our other friends who had been here before, because they were “misbehaving” every time they were here but they knew damn well they didn’t. My friend then looks for 10 minutes until he finds his food in the trash.

I’ve been to this Burger King a few times and while the food is always fresh and tastes good, the service is consistently slow. Even when there’s no lineup, I usually end up waiting 5–10 minutes for my order. I understand things are made to order, but the delay feels longer than at other locations.

Another frustration is the drive-thru. A few times I’ve pulled in expecting it to be open, only to find it closed. This location also tends to close earlier than other Burger Kings, so keep that in mind if you’re heading there later in the evening.

I went there 7.20 pm on sunday just now , they told me they are closed at 7 pm , but I checked from google its closed at 8 pm . Who ever is the boss, please hear me and don't let your employees the decide open or closed time , becaus3 most of the people checking google and visit

I came to this specific Burger King very hungry only to leave with no food and unsatisfied with the service. This was the only Burger King around my area which was the whole point of me coming here.

I went into the drive thru asking a question about their coupon promotion but I was met with a very annoyed voice. There were a few more questions I wanted to ask but I was getting the tone that they wanted me to order right away. Feeling like I was not heard, I drove off in frustration.

To the person working the drive thru on Saturday April 19th 2025 5:30 PM. I advise you to please listen to questions that people have, it will lead to satisfied customers.
