I have been a loyal customer of this branch for like 4 years now and when called the cashier on the cold chicken in the naked chicken bowl she was kind enough to offer the replacement but when I showed up the lady in the kitchen came up and offered chicken on the side and was not making me feel very welcoming with rude face when she had to make a new bowl , it’s not like I am asking for a favour Please learn some customer service skills and make hot and fresh food

I use to love Burrito Boyz......until I came to the Hwy 27 and Rutherford location today. Absolutely the worst experience at any Burrito Boyz ever! The chicken Burrito had zero sauce on it, even though I asked for 2 different kinds of sauce. The chicken quesadilla didn't have any color on it, which means it wasn't cooked long enough, causing clumps of shredded cheese throughout. The chicken nachos also had no melted cheese, and they put the sour cream and salsa preloaded on top of the nachos??!!! Many, many issues here. I hope the staff and management read these comments.

Food is a 0..... I don't even know where to start. I ordered a large steak and shrimp, with everything except Cilantro. I paid $18 and change to pretty much get a rice burrito. Very little toppings, sprinkled veggies, literally 4-5 pieces of tiny diced veggies like tomatoes, onion, peppers. The little meat i did get was raw, and when I brought it to the the attention of the staff I was told that's the beef. Yes I know it comes red, but that's not how it's supposed to be in my burrito. So after some back and forth, they finally remade my burrito(cooked properly though)
I didn't order a beef tartar, or beef shashimi.
I've had much better burritos made and not any worse than this.... pay inflated prices for a much smaller burrito with barely any meat in the burrito. Everything is a charge, sour cream, burrito sauce. 0.60 reach, cheese, guacamole all extra charges... I'm going have to go to stavebank Mississauga to compare a i haven't been to a burrito boyz in ages, hoping that their quality hasn't change as they were the 2nd original location,other than the downtown Adelaide location. I don't know if the picture does any justice due to lighting, but the meat was raw and chewy.
If this quality is the new norm for burrito boyz, I'm better off making my own at home to be honest, at least I know I'll get meat in it and it'll be cooked to perfection

I ordered 4 burritos under BOGO offer. I personally went to pick that up from the store. But the size of the burrito bowl was less than half of the bowl. This is not what i was expecting, if there wasn’t any offer, even then I would’ve ordered 4 burritos with full price. But having to want to take benefit of the offer, i did order under the offer and wasn’t satisfied at all. Honestly, this was not what i was expecting. If you only want to provide half quantity then please charge accordingly but please don’t put half quantity in full price. This was very disappointing for me and my colleagues as we were halfway of our shift and were expecting something enough for us for lunch.
