Cute shop with a bunch of pastries and cute items. It came highly recommended so maybe my expectations were a bit too high but the Cannolis were a bit average in my opinion. The vanilla one is definitely the shot but what threw me off was the powdered sugar on top which took away from the cannoli itself. They are also a bit over stuffed with cream which again isn’t quite needed. Otherwise definitely worth a shot and your own opinion.

I've been lucky enough to have attended a few events with cannolis from here and have ordered myself now twice. Cannoli Queens continue to exceed all my expectations. The shells are nice and fluffy and each flavor is so distinct, creamy and light. The quality of ingredients is evident. Also want to give Bianca a shout out for her exceptional customer service. She has gone above and beyond to ensure always a great experience.

Many people had raved many times about this little place in Vaughan that apparently had the best cannolis in town, and they were right!!! This is it. You don't need to look any further. I recently picked up a sweet treat for a friend, and she absolutely loved it!!!

Wanted to see what the hype was about, the cashier was not friendly what so ever. $47 for 12 cannolis, some were broken. Nothing great, don’t waste your money here
Cannoli Queen is a must-visit. Their pastries are fresh, with perfectly crispy shells and creamy, rich fillings in a variety of flavors. The staff is friendly, and you can tell they put heart into every dessert. Authentic, delicious, and highly recommended!

I’ve regularly ordered from Cannoli Queens with no issue. However I ordered a box of 24 mixed mini cupcakes for Thanksgiving. They only provided 6 flavours and the cupcakes were dry. The entire icing slipped off the cupcakes as we took them out. Not worth the $60.

i called to inquire about ordering birthday cake for my daughter. i explained what i wanted and i was advised to place the order on the website and clicked on "strawberry cake" since i mentioned my daughter likes strawberry shortcake. the young lady on the phone said orders are done online. i also asked about delivery and the lady said they only do it on weekdays not weekends.
On the day of, when we p/u the cake at the store, we made sure the car's cold and A/C on full blast. We securely put the cake on the floor by the front passenger seat, while we drove so slow going home. the moment we opened the box at home, we saw the cake melted and my daughter's guests even joked "avalanche". my daughter who likes strawberry flavored cakes didn't even eat after she had a taste of the cake because it didn't taste anything like strawberry.
immediately i called and mentioned what happened. i was told i spoke with probably an inexperience staff -- who could have suggested for me to order a carousel cake with buttercream icing. How would a new client know about these?
