Waited 2 and a half weeks for my delivery. When I sent many inquiries via email, Facebook and Instagram I got no reply. Tarts finally arrived and I give 3 stars because they do taste good. The 2 stars deducted are for lack of customer service. I get they are apparently a 2 women team but I am a one woman solo proprietor and customer service is absolutely key. I could never imagine leaving messages unanswered.

I ordered my butter tarts and voila! They were delivered to my front door. They were packaged perfectly. I had one as fast as the kettle boiled. Nothing like a cup of tea and a decadent butter tart.

Not only are Carla's butter tarts absolutely delicious & amazing (truly) - but so is the customer service. The way they treat new and returning customers ought to be studied. 5 stars for exceeding in customer experience! PS: can't wait to try the cookies next :).
