It might just come down to personal taste or cultural preference, but I didn't enjoy it. I also had fries, which were excellent—crispy and well-seasoned. I didn't try the steak, so I can't comment on that. One downside of the visit was the condition of the bathrooms; they were quite dirty with toilet paper on the floor, which took away from the overall experience.

Visited Chop Steakhouse (Woodbridge Colossus) for a late dinner celebration with a colleague. While the ambiance was spot on, the food and service fell short. Garlic shrimp was overly pungent and lukewarm, drinks came loaded with ice despite specific instructions—and I was charged for a replacement drink I didn't request. My freind's steak arrived overly salted and without a fork, and she had to fetch one herself. The experience felt far from premium.

We have been to CHOP before and the service and food is always excellent, but last night at this particular location the service was next level. We went to the bar for drinks before dinner and the bartender was attentive and informative without being intrusive. Drinks were made well and served quickly. Then when we sat in the dining room our server exceeded expectations, timing our orders very well, allowing us to enjoy our meals, anticipating most of our requests before they were made and had a very pleasant demeanor. Might travel the extra distance just to go to this location again next time.

Hostess is rude and we asked her to change Tables and she started throwing things and give attitude. The blonde girl at the entrance, she is the worst and should never be working at all.

There was a hair in my food. The guests seated beside us had crying babies and their strollers was parked right in front of our table. It was a disappointing experience as the location was very nice.

It's my first time here with my family and I was impressed. The food is delicious. I like the idea of butcher board steak. It’s unique and splendid to dine in with family and friends. Price???.. Everything is expensive nowadays but it's worth the price, no regrets! I highly recommend this restaurant 101%
