I ordered food one uber eats and didn’t even receive untensils. What do you expect me to eat my mash potatoes with ? My hands tall need to do better

Very oily chicken as I was breaking a piece of chicken . The breaking peice squirted oil stains on my shirt . The worst gravy I've ever had .Gravy was never like this watery and dark with lumps before . I remember a light brown thick gravy as a child 25 yrs ago . These international students and owners have ruined fast food establishments. I've added the third picture of what the gravy used to be served back in the days. I'll never give them business again. There are so many other quality fried chicken place's close by for the same price, better quality.

Gets worse every time I eat here, will definitely be the last.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken combo, one piece was cold, really dry, like it sat out for hours. The fries were cold not even fresh made. Didn’t give the extra sauce I ordered.

This place does what they can to save money, I rather eat at the dollar store.
