We came all the way from downtown Toronto and discovered this place by accident. We had such a wonderful experience. Alessia was so welcoming and helpful to us. She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the pasta and we formed an instant connection. She always makes us feel so welcome. We have been coming back ever since.

I go to this place every single day! A total gem. They have the BEST coffee in the city, and the service is amazing! Alessia is always so sweet and goes above and beyond to make both her customers and team members feel welcome. 10/10 recommend.

I had the worst experience at this establishment, Alessia is BEYOND rude and disrespectful. The way she talks to customers and employees is horrendous. Im not sure how she even still has this job. She was giving me attitude when i was simply asking questions about the expiration date of the pasta. Im extremely disappointed, the owner of this establishment should really reconsider her position. Thanks!

Very classy place with only the finest pasta, meals and all things Italian. As soon as you walk in, you can see the classiness of this store. The staff, very welcoming and helpful. You have to give this place a try.

I decided to try this place out today because I was too far away from Palma Pasta in Mississauga where I always buy from. I normally NEVER complain about Italian food. But for the price I paid ( not even about the money- who cares you expect good stuff) for a small & medium meat lasagna, I was disappointed. Yes the ingredients seemed fresh however- The pasta was overcooked, sauce had absolutely no taste whatsoever except for a very tangy, watery flavour. I learned a big lesson today. Stick to Palma Pasta!

What a wonderful shop filled with top quality products, unique food items, the freshest pasta & all served with a friendly smile & a warm welcome. Everything you need is here, prepared foods, sauces, quick eats, unique gifts /kits , ready to make. Passion is poured into this place! Thank you so much.. last visit I bought fresh lasagna sheets to make my own… the pasta held up & did not break apart!

If I could give 10 stars I would! This place is amazing! Very cozy, friendly staff, amazing food and service. I love the ladies there, alessia & Stephanie are so helpful and organized and they even suggest and recommend very nice Italian dishes so my wife can make them at home! Hands down my favorite pasta shop! A must visit! Oh and make sure you try the spaghetti alla

I called in just now and was yelled at, told "no one wants to talk to you" and then hung up on. This person who answered the phone has no manners or couth. Yes it was a business call but I am also a loyal customer of their Pasta Goodness location. Needless to say you lost a customer today. I am a human just like you. You don't need to be rude.

Alessia, and Mary Grace were fantastic. I’ve been driving down from cottage country for 2 years to this place because it’s absolutely amazing. Any pasta or Italian specialty you can imagine…it’s here. The Cafe Crema is exquisite. I highly recommend this place. Alessia represents this story in such a marvellous way that you would be making a terrible mistake NOT coming here.
