I went there a few times, the staff are friendly, the location is convenient, but on my last trip, the veggies on my sandwich were "wilting" or "going soft" and not fresh. I think they should use fresh veggies otherwise tell customer that we don't have it.

As a regular, I do miss the previous owner. Yearssssss ago it changed. Everything else about this place is great. Except the hours. It was 24 hour. It should be open until midnight. I would go a lot more if it didn't close so early

I go here all the time, but I was a bit disappointed when I came here at 5 pm on Sunday and it was closed even though your store hours say you are open until 6 pm this day. Otherwise, great service and good food. Also, please use less lettuce when making wraps. I got a wrap here recently and the entire thing had 75% lettuce.

It was OK not happy with the donuts that they have now seems like they're pre made and then finished baking in store but I'm not. Entirely sure if that's how it's done but didn't seem like it was fresh and fluffy likethey used to be.

Good bagels and donuts that taste a lot fresher than the competition. The coffee sucks, but it’s not there fault I guess - take it up with corporate. Reasonably priced.
