I just want to say Mandeep is honestly one of the best managers I’ve seen at Wendy's. She’s always calm, respectful, and very helpful — even when the place is super busy. You can tell she really cares about both the customers and her team.

Every time I’ve visited, the service has been smooth and organized. If there’s ever an issue, she handles it quickly and professionally without making anyone feel uncomfortable. She creates a positive vibe in the store, and that makes a big difference.

Really appreciate her hard work — it definitely shows.

Everything is great expect when your waiting to get your bill… once your done your meal you’ll be waiting for at least half an hour until you get your bill or you might just have to go find someone and ask for it

Denny’s offers an amazing menu with a variety of delicious options, but the omelette is a true standout, which is my favourite. The service is great, and featuring a cool robotic server that delivers your food right to the table. It is a clean, modern spot that combines a fantastic atmosphere.

I really like the service at this Denny’s. Whenever I go it’s usually the same lady that serves us and she’s super friendly and nice! I liked the wrap it was very delish ish and the red potatoes were crispy and flavourful! The cold brew wasn’t anything special if anything I think it’s overpriced for the quality (coffee with creme and ice). It’s extremely watery. Over its always a good experience when it comes to food. Drinks are a bit hit or miss!

1) First visit (with a friend): My friend ordered a chicken sandwich and it literally arrived fully dressed… but missing the actual chicken. They fixed it, but there was no apology with action—no comp, no small gesture, nothing.

2) Second visit (with my husband): We came for breakfast on a weekday, and it was not busy (maybe three other tables). The service was painfully slow. Staff came to the table only once during the meal, and again at the end. Even coffee refills felt like a struggle, and the whole team seemed half-asleep.

3) Today: We accidentally ended up here again (thought it was a different location). Against our better judgment we tried one last time. Same vibe—sleepy staff. We were seated and then ignored for 10 minutes with no coffee, no water, no greeting, nothing. We walked out.

At this point it doesn’t feel like a one-off—it feels like the standard. I’m posting this so others can make an informed choice. Stop paying for bad service. This is Canada, basic hospitality shouldn’t be optional.

Visited yesterday around 8:30 AM to redeem my birthday breakfast. Shortly after leaving, I became very ill and remained sick the rest of the day. I did not eat anything else, and I am still unwell today.

This experience completely ruined my birthday and raises serious concerns about food safety at this location. I hope management investigates to prevent this from happening to others.
Only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the waitress was so nice
