I have been a regular customer pretty much since if opened. Today I decided to take my mom for her 85th bday. There were 5 of us. The guy running the show I believe was valento, said to us we need to be out by 2:15, due to parties! So caught him in his lie, first he said party of 17 then party of 11. Ok fine. In the mean time he’s letting in all these other people with no set time to leave. In short he wanted us out to turn tables. So it was 2:45 and we were not kicked out. But he gracefully came and said you have to now leave because those people have reservations. Now remember we were there for my mom’s 85 birthday. So we left. And on my way out I asked those people do you have reservations? They said no. So it’s all about turning over tables. Doesn’t matter if you are a regular or not they don’t care. Valentino, the guy running the show said to me I get paid really well from Rene (th owner) and I have to make sure I make himMoney. Who says that to a client. A client that celebrated every one of my 3 kids bday there. And never mind the other times we went there just because. The times I took 20 people from dance there. So disappointed. Plus food is no longer upto par. Ordered pasta came out dry. Brought four of us food and my mom’s pizza took another 29 minutes. Honestly bring back Bruno.

I was there yesterday Saturday evening for my friend's birthday. The food was goodHowever I was not too impressed with the selection of desert. When The name of the restaurant is called "Desert Plus" which I expected an actual menu of more selection of dessert.Also I had ordered a small portion of spaguetti with butter for my son & was was not happy about the fact that I ordered my son's meal before everyone at the table (we were 10) and it took over 1 hour or more just to get his food of and everyone else got their food at the table which required more cooking t. I help my friend with over $6 tip & they paid the rest however if I was on my own I was not . My son was hungry waiting than by the time it came he changed his mind because he waited too long & didn't want eat anything. Also after everyone got their food at the table I had to remind them about my son's order. No I was not Happy for that

The risotto and pizza were horrible, disgusting! Waste of my money, a lot of money btw!!! Won't go there again!!This is not Italian cuisine. Replace the cook (not chef). Get a real Italian food chef!!!Don't go there, if you want real Italian food!!And the service is sub par. Unless you call for them they never check in!!

We had a late lunch after my dad's funeral in a private room upstairs for 32 people. Great food and service. They made us feel very comfortable.
Food is good, but portions are smaller than what they were about a year ago. It's definitely not worth the price you're paying. My veal parmagiana was about $35 total. Service was mediocre and slow even though there were only two tables in our area that were being served by the waitress.

First time and last time. We had reservations on March 3 2024. First they tell me oops nope then they find it. Service is horrible our waitress could not be slower than molasses. Brought out drinks good and appetizer. She could not be found asked for our waitress never showed up. Took her forever to clear the table then well coffee another adventure. I was going to Uber Tim Hortons. The birthday cake showed up brought us 4 plates and 5 forks we were 5 people. We were there from 2 pm to 5 pm for a simple meal. Never again. I ordered orichieti with clams they brought me pasta shells when asked the server she said they ran out how ??? Horrible first time if you were not a regular customer you were non existent. I’ll be telling my friends and family not to go this place. The man I guess he’s the owner came out of the back with food in his mouth and greeting his customers. Yuck unprofessional how

Place has gone down hill in every aspect. Served me old discolored porshuito, disgusting had spit it out toss under the table. The pasta are mediocre. Drip soggy a la vodka sauce. Only saving grace is waiter left me bowl of cheese so used that all up. This place used to be great but every time I show up it only gets worse. Never going back again. Yes, wait staff ignores you but when they come they take your drink order bring you bread take your mains. After that your on your own. They don't care anymore.
