There isn't a dine - in place but you walk up to a take out window and place your order or pick up an order which is what most people do. The bombe are on point delicious, light and airy and definitely not greasy. They are filled to the brim with filling and are amazing bites. Lots of different flavours. Bombe are extremely fresh and so many flavours to choose from. Order ahead to ensure availability and pickup is quick and easy via their front service window. Cash only so make sure you have cash before picking up.
I've had these in Europe and nothing compares to that. I was craving bombes and stumbled upon this place. Service was quick and friendly. The bombe texture is okay but nothing special. Was hoping it would be super soft and chewy. The filling is quite sweet though. The coffee flavor was strange, it tasted slightly like old coffee beans from a wet filter lol. The other flavors were ok, I think the best was lemon custard. Overall solid 3/5. Not terrible, but not amazing.
