This place is my go to for my breakfast I love their avacado toast so much

I ordered a Mediterranean wrap and a goddess glow smoothie. Both were delicious, I would definitely order again. Ingredients were fresh and healthy. If I didn't scarf down my food so quickly I would've taken a picture. Next time

Great smoothies and salads! I usually order the essence chop. Presentation is really pretty and colorful but most importantly it’s SO delicious. Their PB&Jam and Pick Me Up protein shakes are one of my favoirites! If you like nutty/ peanut butter flavours then these are the best to order. I’m not to sure how to spell her name but one of the ladies that works there ( Erenee/ Ayrine) is always so sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable about their food products. Thank you for a great experience !

I would always go to this place for their açai smoothie bowls and they would always be fresh, but today when I had purchased two açai bowls they were both frozen and tasted just like the ones you buy in the frozen food section, at Costco or Target. Even the fruit toppings were frozen. A total rip off to say the least!! As it is quite pricey and we didn't even eat it.

I got this NUT MYLK from Essence as part of their little surprise packs! It's said to be made with activated cashews, filtered water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cardamom, and pink salt hence it's filled with antioxidants. This tastes as you'd expect, being a plant-based milk. It wasn't overly flavorful but quite nutty and creamy. Such an aesthetic packaging, I almost thought it was a bottle of shampoo, haha.

The food was delicious and they have great service. Loved every second of my experience at Essence Bristo.

Incredible food and lovely staff! As a nutritionist, I can be quite picky on the ingredients for my meals - I must say that Essence uses quality and FRESH ingredients, and are tasty and delicious!We actually were all staying at Friday Harbour and decided to put in a large order for a wedding party on the day of the wedding - they got all the orders right (some modifications on some ) and were even able to walk it over to us at our air bnb!Thank you again :)

Food is delicious! My favourites are the vegan BLT and mushroom melt. Skin care products feel great for my skin. The body butter, candle and essential oil have beautiful fragrances. Ladan and the staff are absolutely wonderful and take care of their customers. Thank you guys. Would highly recommend this place for vegan cuisine, healthy quality ingredients and products in general.Sincerely,Stephanie P
