Great smoothies and salads! I usually order the essence chop. Presentation is really pretty and colorful but most importantly it’s SO delicious. Their PB&Jam and Pick Me Up protein shakes are one of my favoirites! If you like nutty/ peanut butter flavours then these are the best to order. I’m not to sure how to spell her name but one of the ladies that works there ( Erenee/ Ayrine) is always so sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable about their food products. Thank you for...

I got this NUT MYLK from Essence as part of their little surprise packs! It's said to be made with activated cashews, filtered water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cardamom, and pink salt hence it's filled with antioxidants. This tastes as you'd expect, being a plant-based milk. It wasn't overly flavorful but quite nutty and creamy. Such an aesthetic packaging, I almost thought it was a bottle of shampoo, haha.
