I came in today and got a burrito, and was greeted by a very kind staff member. She was super kind and speedy and delivered an overall great service :)

I am giving 3 stars in consideration for the wellbeing for the business and in hopes they would take our feedback seriously. I am not sure what happened to this location in the past years and if it's the training. I have consistently noticed that the burrito is primarily rice and barely any beans. It's like they are spread like how one would spread butter on a toast which is strange. I hope they can improve this because a burrito is not a burrito when it's just loaded with rice that too with rice that's hardened.

Food was delicious but the service was pathetic. The Indian girl had no clue what she was doing. I mean I am from Indian origin too so not being too harsh, but one can expect basic customer service like the greetings, some apologies if she has to divert her attention to something else or extra cutlery or tissue right? what are the different options available for topics, sauces etc etc also. I had to tell her every single thing like what's that sauce that's hidden, chips were available but not fried so she right away insisted us to not get it. I had to say we'll wait you do your work. We wanted more sauces and some extra topics and she was so reluctant to add any of it. I don't how these people migrate to Canada with almost zero communication skills. Like most Canadians do, we thanked her multiple time but she did not even look at us back every single time let alone smiling or giving it back and all that while we were the only one in the store and she was not preparing any pickup orders also. Pathetic service, but we knew how to prepare good bowl so yes, the food was delicious.

Ordered 2 burritos. Both cold. Second burrito had no chicken, filled with noodles and corn. There are no tissues with order. This is far more than stupidity.

Looks like crunchy noodles is commonplace for any fat bastard burrito. Very unfortunate, I used to really like going to get food at these establishments until the quality of the food diminished. The cheese basically tastes like powdery cheese and the breaded chicken, the consistency of rubber. Soo disappointed, last time I order from any of their locations. No more fat bastard burrito for me.
