They don’t care about your cake unless you’re spending a lot.Placed an order a couple years back with a budget of $2500 which is on the “low” side for them. The cake turned out to be underwhelming and not what we wanted nor worth the money.I sent an email at the time letting them know how we were upset and they didn’t give the courtesy of a response. Although years have passed it still leaves a bad taste in our mouth til this day.
