I would not recommend this location to anyone who values fairness, respect, or a professional environment. There are persistent issues with management that have contributed to a negative atmosphere and high staff turnover. Staff are often treated unequally — better tables, shifts, and opportunities are given based on appearance rather than merit. There is obvious favouritism from certain individuals in senior roles, which creates division and frustration among team members. One particular bar manager, who also works as a server, has been the focus of many concerns from both staff and guests. There have also been troubling patterns of racial bias in how some customers are treated. Her behaviour has been described as aggressive and unprofessional, and it appears there are efforts to bury or discredit honest feedback about her by encouraging others to leave overly positive reviews. This not only distorts the public view of the business but also shows a clear lack of accountability from leadership. Hosts and junior employees are regularly overworked and undervalued, often expected or coerced to handle responsibilities far beyond their position with little recognition made to feel disposable. While some individuals here work very hard and do their best under challenging circumstances and toxic workplace, the overall environment is not one that promotes fairness, growth, or respect. It’s disappointing, especially given how much better things could be with proper leadership and accountability.
As always I am a regular and come when certain bands are there. We were quite a few people. Service was great and to be on the safe side, I ordered a salad since I was so disappointed in the hamburger the last time. Had a great time and see you again on June 24

Horrible. Didn't stay to order food...mostly cause waitress never came back to our table after dropping off drinks. Horrible service, waitress seemed miserable with us being there and made absolutely no effort whatsoever to make us feel welcome. We paid for our over prices drinks and left. She had the audacity to give us a dirty look for not leaving her a tip, lol!!!! Never going back.

Terrible place, Just a scam, this was the advertising I got in mail, and made a reservation for 4 people, when I got there I was told it applies only for take out order. Just to check I made a phone call and ask for take out order, person who answered was confused like she never heard about it, than she said, oh no it only applies to Uber Eats orders. I Couldnt believe it, they advertise promotion but when you get there, they dont recognize it, what a scam "FISH & CHIPS FRENZY Reel in the deal with our Fish & Chips! Enjoy Fionn MacCool's Fish & Chips for Two when you dine in, or get BOGO Fish & Chips to go! Hurry, before it's gone!"
