This place added taxes to a $15 walk in special that includes dipping sauce during "no taxes on foods" to $16.95 total. When letting the employee know she said she couldn't void it and it's the price for the dipping sauce. When the dipping sauce is included free. I used to buy pizza here all the time but not anymore that is just shady. Just be honest with your customers it's that simple.

This pizza had no topping, no sauce and was so dry. Cheapest made pizza I have ever had owner was so rude when we tried to show the owner the issues asked if we could have another one pizza and give the old one back he would do it. bad consumer service really upset with our experience.

?????If I could give 0 stars I would! Can you believe this location in Woodbridge bribes you with a free drink just to make you give them 5 stars?! Sorry I don't need that free drink that badly or to be bribed! They don't wash their hands and spit while they're talking. GROSS!! They lie about their delivery time and refuse to apologize for their actions. Don't trust this location or anything the people on the phone line tell you! They want you to spend a certain amount for delivery. Excuse me?? As disgusting as Pizza Pizza is to me, even they have better customer service than Gino's! If the pizza at Pizza Pizza doesn't arrive in their given time frame, it's free - Gino's customer service says that well we don't have that policy - well the least you can do is do at least something small for the customer. It's the little things! It's not that difficult! But for them it is. Gino's Pizza lacks in customer service. The phone line calls themselves customer service?!? HA! That's sickening and an embarrassment to yourselves that you call yourselves customer service! Take a customer service course and then call yourselves customer service! There are plenty of pizza stores around and to win the client you need to provide great customer service which this store doesn't have or even cares about!
