I visited this location today, November 20th, around 4:00 PM, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. I asked for the employee’s name, but she didn’t wear a name tag and even refused to tell me her name so that I wouldn’t be able to mention her in my review. I respectfully ask the management and head office to reconsider the way the staff is trained and how they interact with customers. After this experience, I will not be coming back here again, neither alone nor with my family, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends. Rudeness should never be tolerated in customer service
