Don’t do the drive thru
Burgers were good. Big Chuck and Holy Chuck with a milkshake cost almost $50. So if you’re willing to pay for that…
We used the drive thru that had a choppy intercom. After repeating several times we figured the order was taken but then waiting 20mins at an empty window. No one ever came and we had to tap hard on the window. Finally the guy came with our order and only told us the price. Didn’t apologize or anything and when we asked why it took so long he just said with annoyance “it’s busy”. Maybe they’re understaffed cause I only saw the one guy doing everything and then one guy came over just to look around and walk away. There were only 3 customers inside (hectic I guess) so keep in mind that dine-in appears to take priority over drive-thru. I would be more forgiving if he was all alone or has a sucky manager but not even an apology is basic customer service. We didn’t get a receipt or anything cause the guy just went back in annoyed that WE were annoyed. Bad drive-thru service.

First time trying holy chuck. They had a lot of menu items to choose from including a vegan and chicken option
I got the holy cluck which was a fried chicken thigh - it was super crispy, but it was huge! It was way past the bun and was challenging to eat. The chicken was juicy, but lacked flavour and spices. You can customize your toppings, but each item has its own toppings already paired
A smaller portion of chicken would fit the bun much better as it felt like I was just eating crispy plain chicken. It would be a more suitable ratio to the bun and toppings - it was quite thick
The fries were good, fresh and salted
Service was quick and they have lots of seats inside
Prices were quite high. Over $40 for two people and we only got 1 combo

Lots of menu items to choose from,
I got the Smokey double bacon burger with fries along with the crispy chicken sandwich.
The chicken sandwich was extremely too big and overpowering to eat. Piece of chicken had no taste and was on the greasy side.
The beef sandwich was on the small side,
The meat was seasoned ok however the sandwich came with no toppings which you had to ask for otherwise the staff wouldn’t have informed you about. This restaurant has an option how you like your meat cooked. I found that a bit strange.
This burger set me back $17 price was definitely not worth it.
I was definitely hungry after.
I don’t think I’d return.

$20 FOR THEIR SIGNATURE OMEGA LITTLE BITE.
Don't waste your money if you're hungry. The nice is only the first bite (because you can eat the whole burger in one bite). (BITE BITE BITE ALERT) 011101010010
Very good
This is one of the best burger places in the city. I highly recommend.
The burgers are super fresh and juicy. The bun just melts in your mouth. You can't help but make an absolute mess with each bite.
I had the Holy Chuck. Patties cooked medium rare. One of my favorite burgers of all time. $14.99 for a burger and worth every penny.

Yum, for sure best tasting burger for me. Drove over 40mins, worth it 🙂
The food is great, but the prices are absolutely rediculous. I'm really not one to complain about the cost, but $100 for 2 burgers, 2 shakes said 1 order of fries. Insane.
There are better burgers out there for a more reasonable price. Won't be coming back to Chuck's anytime soon.

Great food but horrible timing. Went here for lunch breal and they took 20 whole minutes to make their creamy feta fries... wasted entire break

Great place to stop after an IKEA run. We had the imitation Big Mac and it was amazing! The only drawback is that it's costly. Two burgers, one order of fries and a pop cake to $46 (but it was a great burger and the fries are awesome as well).

Burger was soggy - whole bottom bun was soaked in grease and fell apart. It felt wet to the bite. I love poutines, but the flavor here was really lacklustre. As for the beef on the burger, it just tasted like plain old beef. No seasoning or distinguishing taste compared to other burger joints. I was really disappointed. Burger Priest is better than this place. Even Burger King would’ve been better.
For the price as well, it was even more disappointing. Likely to spend within 20-35 range. The food tastes worse when you realize how much money you’ve wasted
