I ordered my wedding cake from ICakes for June 2nd. The cake was great but I was really disappointed in the cake topper I paid 45 dollars for. In the store they look solid and when I got it it's this cheap piece of wood that I could literally snap in two. Not happy at all considering I was being pressured by staff to get one and when I wanted to remove it they had already put the order through even tho it was at least 4 weeks till my wedding. A terrible experience. I was willing to let it go when they messed up the correct picture that was supposed to go on my daughter's birthday cake, but then we cut the cake. How do you send the wrong flavored cake? Instead of apologies and full refund, i was asked to drive 30 minutes to bring back the uneaten portion of the cake for investigation. They would only offer a refund if 85% of the cake wasn't eaten. A complete joke. Stay away.

Bad attitude from the owner when I had MANY issue with my wedding cake that came in horrid condition. But his peanut gallery wife who likes to stick her nose in business that doesn't concern her was the icing on the "cake" they refuse to refund you but instead threaten to sue you if you make a bad review
