Kayamono japanese restaurant

i would go for only for the sushi dishes, dont bother with the rest of the japanese food. my kids liked the desert.

udon and wonton soup had no flavor. dont recommend the sushi pizza as the “crust” is deep fried rice with tempura but tasted terribled. teriyaki beef was rubbery and came out kinda cold.

i had difficulty ordering plain lo mein
for my kids with their ipad.

servers were attentive

i’m not sure i would go again.

Kayamono is my go to AYCE sushi spot. I come here all the time and the torched sushi is amazing! They also have a variety of other dishes like spare ribs, cheese wontons, takoyaki, and fried scallops.

Great suburban all you can eat sushi. Very tasty and resaonably priced for what you get. service was great

Terrible and discriminatory experience.

As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, they immediately gave us trouble because I was accompanied by my service dog.
I had to threaten to call the police to assert my rights — a service dog cannot be refused entry to any public establishment.
Once inside, the treatment was cold and unwelcoming. The staff seemed annoyed by our presence.

Disappointing, disrespectful, and most of all, unacceptable both legally and humanly. I will never come back.

Portions are big for all you can eat, and food comes to the table quickly.

Quick, efficient, polite.
Beware though ..portion sizes are a bit on the large size. Not a complaint..truly..just letting you know so you don't over order based on other AYCE.
But the food is so good. SO GOOD!! Everything was fresh, colourful and de-freakin-licious.

This place went downhill so bad!!! Never going back. So we walked in and immediately it spelt like an aquarium so nasty. Then we found a long hair on our sushi and when I told the waitress she picked it up and was dangling over our food expecting it. So nasty. I will never go back here again. The only thing that was good was the fried foods obviously as expected. So turned off eww

Amazing Service & Food

Great sushi restaurant, plenty of options on the menu. They offer a la carte menu and tasting menu as well.

Food is delicious and fresh, the sushi is also really good and fresh.

Will definitely be back to visit again.

We went for a Friday night dinner for AYCE. Lots of options available. Food was quite tasty and the service was great! All the servers were attentive and very smiley :)

The best !

sashimi was fresh and at perfect temperature. Sushi rolls are good but a little on the big side. Deserts are very fresh. Excellent quality and I will be back.
