The portions here are huge so that was nice! The fries are read potatoes and delicious. We had haddock, halibut and shrimp and they were delicious. It didn’t at all taste heavy or greasy. Worth the drive!

Good selection and portion size. We want to try some of the other menu items next time.

New management has ruined this restaurant. THEY ARE SELLING TINY TINY PIECES OF FISH FOR 30 $. I USED to come here when it was a family-owned business. New management is cheap, stingy and has horrible service. Waste of money your buying disgusting food and their attitude is worse.

There is barely any fish it's all batter and the fish is so flakey. I got the cod. Something is not right ?

I decided to try this place and try their fish and chips. Had the cod and I normally go with the fish first and fries after. The top fish was okay but soon as I went for the second the fish was undercooked since it was soft and it broke so easily compare to the first one I ate. The fries was not freshly cooked either (seems it’s been sitting for a while and just dumped in my order). I thought I paid for a good service and I regret leaving a tip for such a horrible experience.

Really fresh and hot fish and chips! Beautifully lightly breaded! Big pieces of fish, this photo was from the haddock platter!

Ordered haddock and chips combo on Uber Eats tonight. Absolutely delicious and did not disappoint! Very generous portions, lots of malt vinegar packs lol (I love it). You really did satisfy our craving! Thanks again :)

Best fish and chips in Vaughan and as authentic as you can get in London, UK. The portions are generous and well priced at $22.99 (via UberEats) for 12oz Haddock, small chips, coleslaw, lemon twist, and fresh tartar sauce. The Haddock batter was thin and crispy, and fish was moist and tender. The chips aren’t crispy or seasoned, but they’re not supposed to be as is the case in England. Although chips are usually more lightly cooked, I prefer browned chips for more colour and flavour. The fish has all the crisp you need and it pairs well with soft chips. The vinegar based coleslaw was thinly sliced and adds great freshness. I appreciate the fresh lemon included, and malted vinegar and ketchup packets on the side. The fresh tartar sauce was great. It’s not too tangy, and I prefer that so you can add as much or little lemon/vinegar to taste. My only small criticism is maybe add more seasoning (salt) to the fish and/or fish batter. The fish and chips were a bit oily, and although I’d prefer it less oily, I know that’s a challenge without losing the crisp texture - it didn’t bother me much. Maybe a slightly higher temp and shorter cook time? However, the oil was fresh and no bitter taste (that comes in old or unfiltered oil) - I greatly appreciate that. You have to level set expectations when it comes to oil - you’re getting fish and chips, and not a salad.Overall, it was delicious and I highly recommend to anyone looking for great fish and chips, and definitely best in Vaughan (after having tried many). I called the store to let them know on a job well done. I had to give due respect and appreciation. I wish I had taken pictures, but I was much too hungry. Bottom line, get the Haddock.

Vegetarian options: They also serve Middle Eastern food like falafel.

Although the poutine portion is large, it is the most vile rotten thing I have ever eaten. New management. Do not eat here.

I have been a customer of this location for the past many years. Quality of food had always exceeded expectations. Our last visit was takeout of 4 orders of cod and chips. French fries were dry and hard. Fish was most definitely not cod but some cheap white fish. Would not recommend to anyone who enjoys good quality food.

Decided to try this place after driving it by it a million times and friends telling me it's pretty good.Walked in. It was very empty for a Saturday evening. Asked the friendly cashier if they have any fish sandwiches. She said no just what's on the menu.So I ordered two haddock combos. The combos were pretty good. The only thing that disappoints me is when a good fish and chip shop uses these pre-packed tartar sauce. Why not just make it yourself? It's a whole world of difference. Overall it was good.As I was waiting for my order I noticed on the The tables there's a sign that says fish on a bun. I confronted the lady before I left and she said oh I didn't know what you were asking for. Good fish and chips. Just make your own tartar saucemayonnaise, chopped pickles or relish, lemon juice, and herbs (like tarragon and dill)
