This is my new favorite bubble tea place! I especially love their add ons such as cream cheese!! My family especially loves their creme brulee drink :)

Great place to sit in, it has some games to play with friends. Sadly, seating space is limited.

The worst experience ever!
We came by for couple orders of smoothies and one of the orders we requested to be less amount of ice because i didn’t want my smoothie to be super cold , the employee started to say she cant put less ice bcz the management told her don’t change the amount of ice in the smoothie , i dont know if thats right or not however its none sense i just asked for my smoothie not to be super cold what’s wrong with that? Both employees where very rude and started laughing bcz i requested that order so i had to cancel the whole order and leave the store. You should hire employees with a common sense ITS JUST A SMOOTHIE. Not a rocket science

I tried this place for the first time today and it was so good! I’ve been to many different bubble tea places and the bubble tea here exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait to go back and try more flavours!

This is a great place to hang out with college-aged friends. They have a nice seating area, plenty of games to play, chill vibes.

Bubble tea is nice & fresh. Plenty of options. Great service.

Use to like going here... it was really chaotic in there. It's a small place and very fusterating when there is alot of people in there. I order a smoothie, and 3 girls walked in after I placed my order. One girl literally ordered and got her drink before me. Then the server put a drink down on the counter, didn't call it out. The girl who came after me kept touching the drink??? I asked if it was my drink and then the employee said what the drink was... but I don't get why she didn't say it in the first place and didn't ask the other customer not to touch the drink if it wasn't hers... I get it's in a cup, but same time would you like someone manhandling yours?

This is my go-to spot for bubble tea in the Vaughan area. It offers more than just great drinks - it's a perfect hangout to enjoy some board games with friends.

The menu has a wide variety of flavors, but I always find myself coming back to two standouts: the taro coconut milk tea and the crème brûlée milk tea. Both are great if you are craving for something sugary.

What really sets Kraft Tea apart is their tapioca - it's top-tier quality and always perfectly prepared. I never have any complaints when coming here.

There are always people there and you may have to wait, but not too long. There’s good reason there are always people, it’s great.
A variety of flavour options and each that I’ve tried is perfect, and the tapioca is warm, which is so good.
Board games available to hang out.

This place is great, the experience was nice, the staff was helpful and worked with me when I was questioning what to get.

The location was clean. It's open until 11pm I believe. The options are great and it's in a decent location. I would recommend this.
