La Paloma Gelateria & Cafe

Customer service doesn't exist in this establishment. Employees were all miserable. Felt like we were inconveniencing them for being there. Looked up the hours and they close at 12:30 am. They were starting to pack it up before 9pm. We felt very rushed. Owner was so rude. A smile goes a long way buddy.

I spent $58 on ice cream so I can take it home for my family, they put the cream in a plastic container and then wrapped it in Saran Wrap. I asked for a lid and they wouldn’t give me one and told me the ice cream won’t melt and what difference does it make weather it’s wrapped or has a lid. Horrible and disgusting customer service. This man has no business being an owner of a place that deals face to face with customers.

Horrible customer service. Spent 40.00 on ice cream and they refused to give us a lid. Instead, we got soran wrap. Everyone behind the counter were miserable and rude. If you hate your job that much....LEAVE
Drove from out of town and will never be back. Disgusting customer service.

Nothing there is good, I stopped going there now, it's been over 2years

Gelato is terrific. I wish they would keep their Google page updated with hours around the holidays. I wasted an hour to find out they are closed early for the holidays.

I stop here every now and then for an ice cream, that's going to change after this evening. They clearly had an issue with their refrigeration and their ice cream was super soft and melted. Upon ordering 2 cones, I guess we were on a need to know basis and after paying full price we noticed hat they couldn't scoop the ice cream and that it was literally sliding off the cone. I guess treat your customers any which way for a dime.
I would not be returning, there's always a better option somewhere.

I dropped in for an espresso on a Sunday am. Cookies were a bit dated, and the espresso was average. I must say it's not cheap. They're better places.

Was recommended the Sicilian Pistachio and WOW. First time in a long time I had to decide whether or not to eat it quick or savour it. 10/10 super nice staff as well

gelato seems old, it all taste the same with a hint of alcohol.. got 2 large cup, 3 flavors each for $20. we ended up throwing it out because it’s very bad
