The ice cream here is fantastic, but the customer service could use some improvement. We've had a few experiences where the cashier was rude. On one occasion, we were asked to leave because our one-year-old started crying. While we understand that other customers might have been disturbed, the way it was handled was far from professional. If you visit, I recommend getting your ice cream to-go, as the seating area feels a bit rundown anyway.
Always full place, but in a good way. The gelato is amazing, with many flavors. All around great experience except, maybe the portion sizes can be small depending on person you get to make your scoops.

Their delivery of taste is one of the key aspects here.
The traditional Italian gelato flavours that we have tried are pistachios, chocolate, cassata. in my opinion, one of the best in Gilato’s! I am sure other flavours might be interested too.
It felt bit pricey for one scoop...
