Very average burger. Could have made a much better burger at home with frozen patties. Over cooked, dry, way too much bread. Fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a very long time. Not worth the price. Go to Ozzy's burgers in the same plaza and you'll be happier.

I should have written this a while ago, but here we are.I got the "Holy MO", and it was just as described. Delicious. Even better than the food was the customer service.There was a mishap in the kitchen with the timing of my order, and before I even noticed they rectified it by going above and beyond.The food was great (I wanted to order more, but I also didn't want to do more rounds at the gym) and the staff was the icing on the cake.

Me and my girlfriend seen a Tiktok about the wing poutine so we went to try it out selves and let me tell you their Wing poutine tasted so good and they weren’t stingy with their proportions at all. I recommend everyone to go try the wing poutine

Second time showing up to this location and the doors are locked while it says on their website & at the front door that they are open at 2pm but when you get to the door around 3pm they are locked. You call their number and no answer, Very disappointing and frustrating especially when you are travelling almost 40 minutes. Definitely lost my business and would not recommend wasting time to travel to this location.

Yesterday, I went to M & CO. Burgers at 3175 Rutherford Road in Concord. This place is known for 100% Fresh Angus Beef and Rib Eye Steak at the gourmet burger and philly cheesesteak establishment. So, I decided to get the Philly Street which consists of thinly sliced AAA ribeye, sauteed onions, grilled peppers, topped with cheddar cheese and served on a French baguette. This dish is heavenly! The staff are quite friendly and attentive! Got a poutine for the first time here. Gravy was cold and extremely salty. Fries were undercooked. Practically inedible. Ended up just throwing it away after three bites.Maybe just a bad night for them.

The staffs are stingy here. I ordered a delivery order, always be assured they wont put any ketchup packets or tissues on their delivery orders and you ll find the amount of toppings will be very less if they are delovering to you.. its just frustrating because they think they can try save much and we cannot get back to ask just for the ketchup packets once the food is delivered ..But instead they are ruining their reputation and loosing customers by being stingy.

Seen this place few times, figured my buddy and I would give this place a shot.First don’t like that there is only 1 guy working kitchen and counter seems like terrible customer service, after waiting for so long and putting our order in total came to $78.00 really pricy for what we got wondering if I was getting a happy ending for that price.2 burgers2 chicken burgers2 brisket poutines2 gatorades.Milkshakes were down, no fries supreme and the drink pickings were almost nothing, these prices and yet there are limitations not sure why.Even with that kept pushing down. Finally received the food, the poutine was not bad the brisket was tender however the burger felt undercooked and sauce on top did not go well. Biggest complaint was the chicken burger very greasy outside and very dry inside biting in to it was like biting in to sanding sponge, these burgers although use the butter buns use a size way to big and unnecessary for what they serve meat to bun ratio is not great.

I came late last night and ordered a classic poutine. The gravy was cold. They immediately made me another poutine and it was great. I always appreciate a good recovery and their customer service was greatly appreciated.

To be honest the place is not worth the money. I had the m&co burger, a chicken burger they called the savage and brisket fries. Way too much bun to burger ratio. Enerything was very greasy. It felt like I was eating seasoned oily buns with meat and the least amount of veggies possible. They can season the hell out of it for sure. I just wish it didn't come as oily as the "grease up def guy."
Very overpriced for the size of the burgers and poutine portions. The poutine was good but but the same cannot be said for the hamburgers. They could have been bigger, with more toppings, and better tasting. The place was also very cold, I think the heating was not on. It could also be a bit cleaner. Honestly I expected more, especially for those prices.
