There was an issue with the app showing one of the redeemable items as “breakfast only” and it was a cheeseburger and it was also 12:20am so definitely not breakfast. When we asked the employee if she can manually add the item and deduct points she said no. There should be a way to bypass such issues instead of telling customers no. She blamed it on my app and moved on with no resolution.

I called this location this afternoon to inquire what halloween Boo Buckets were in stock. I was looking for a particular colour to complete the set that I have. When I called, I was advised that they had it in stock. I spoke to Arman and he put two aside for me. He advised that they only had black ones available.
Upon pick up, there was a tiny confusion about what was in stock. I was told that there were none left in black. This confused me as the manager literally told me in the morning, only black buckets are available. I found this strange until I mentioned to the associate at cash that Arman put two away from me in the manager's office. Thank you Arman for your kindness to put these on hold for me and making an exception.
If you're looking to do the same, I would definitely call in advance and ask to speak to a manager. What I did today, seems more of a favour or exception and I wouldn't expect every McDonalds employee to do the same. It truly depends on who you get. Not everyone cares about their job.
Also, on a side note, this location is very modern and beautiful. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and organized. Staff are friendly and ready to help.
