usually stop at this McDonald's, but I've had ongoing problems with my orders. Most of the time when I ask for no cheese or other modifications on my items, the request is either ignored or forgotten. Today it was the might mcgriddle was especially frustrating, I asked for no cheese, but the request wasn't even put into the order. When I asked about it, I was told the sandwich doesn't come with cheese at all. When I got my food, there it was: cheese on the sandwich.
It's not the first time this has happened, and it makes the experience really disappointing. I don't mind waiting a bit longer if it means the order is right

This is by far the best McDonald’s I have ever visited. The location is spotless, beautifully renovated, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Whoever is in charge of hiring here deserves credit — the staff are incredibly professional, polite, and genuinely care about their customers. Their service is outstanding, and they consistently maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. There’s no bad smell, no mess — it honestly feels more like a high-end café or restaurant than a fast-food chain.
I come here every day to study, and I truly enjoy the experience. The seating is very comfortable, the environment is peaceful, and the staff are not only friendly but also knowledgeable and attentive. This McDonald’s sets the standard for what great service and a clean, pleasant atmosphere should be.and always leave impressed.❤️👌👍🌟🌠🍀

I get a mcdonalds coffee twice a day at different locations. This has been by far the worst oat beverage iced coffee I've ever had. They barely put any oat milk or ice, so I had a lukewarm coffee.
