I came on a random wednesday night at 1am for a mcflurry treat and thats when I overheard the employee Carlynn talking to the guy next to me. She was so polite and attentive to his order asking him questions and confirming the details. She apologized for the wait since she was the only one running the drive thru or entire restaurant at that time, so she seemed a bit stressed but despite this she has the best attitude and was very friendly and respectful. Yall gotta give my girl a raise because she seriously made my night, one of the best experiences ive had with a mcdonalds employee ever. Shoutout to Carlynn for being amazing!!! <3

My poutine was kind of cold with blocks of cheese sitting on top and of melting at all. I asked them to warm it up and they kindly did. It’s a renovated and clean branch.

They have gotten my order wrong many times and they always take a long time to prepare the food (15min). I even asked the employee what’s taking so long and they said they’re waiting for the grilled chicken to be prepared. After the long wait they STILL gave me crispy chicken. I waited for nothing. I also paid extra for a different sauce and they did not include it.

When I asked them if they can honour the deal on Uber eats the cashier was like they can't honour that. She called over her coworkers and started speaking hindi with them in front of me. The manager Sukhman had an attitude and clearly didn't want to take her time and see how she can help me. She simply said complain to the head office and started speaking hindi to the employees over the headset. I won't be returning this location as they don't care about customers. If you were Indian and spoke their language then the treatment will be different.

Patties and all toppings handled by multiple workers wearing no gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Health and food safety regulations may not require gloves, but it is best practice.

Terrible experience. No self-service drink station. No stroller friendly entrance. Worst of all, you have to wait more than 15 minutes to get a simple order. Fast food? Not even close!
Never again will be visiting this place!!!
