This is by far the best McDonald's that I have ever been to. The food is always fresh and prepared exactly as I ask .I had an incident where I thought i had been forgotten about as I had been waiting longer than usual for my order. Unfortunately I had to go into McDonald's. Initially I was upset however the manager (carlynn) on duty was amazing. She made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the outcome. She was kind compassionate and genuinely showed concern. I have never met management that went above and beyond the way Carlynn did. Ty Carlynn for addressing the situation quickly and efficiently. Your smile and warm will always be appreciated ?

I received a McDonald's coupon without a barcode, which was not accepted by the employees at the establishment. This resulted in a waste of my time and effort, as I had driven from work specifically to use the coupon. The employees seemed unfamiliar with the coupon which the employee at this location had given because they were closed for a while for ongoing renovations. Overall, the service provided was unsatisfactory.

Just ordered a chicken McGriddle (supposed to be two pancakes with a piece of chicken in between) and it was slathered in mayo. Pretty gross.

Used the drive thru and the person speaking to me was not listing to me when I ordered. When I tried to explain what I actually wanted she cut me off and told me to drive through. She also kept referring to me as a sir even after I corrected her

Had to repeat myself a few times for the drive through attendant to actually get my order, and after it was placed we ended up getting the wrong drink, it's frutopia so there's only 2 and I'm not worried about that, overall had an okay experience

After this locations dining room renovation nothing has been the same. I’ve been here on a few different occasions to see if it would have gotten any better but it hasn’t. To start, food isn’t made properly or fresh, fries I got were cold chewy and unsalted. The nuggets also taste chewy and stale (let me tell you I’ve ordered nuggets 3 times since they’re renovation hoping each time it was just the last time but it’s consistently the same). Everything at this location has gone downhill, want to drive thru for a simple combo be prepared to park for 10 minutes even though it’s a “drive through”. I don’t know what happened maybe new ownership and new staff, doesn’t help that 99% of the staff are samosas that can’t speak English. I recommend trying the location at Rutherford and Weston much better experience, hasn’t disappointed me since not shopping at this location.
Order 287 few minutes ago , I told her M orange pekoe tea with one sugar and got my tea with 2 milk and I am alergic to milk threw it to trash. Never mentioned any milk there . pay attention
