We visited on 4th of Jan 3:30 pm. The frozen yogurt was great! The cashier was colder than the ice cream. It was our first time there and we werent sure how it works. He didnt explain anything. We had to ask multiple questions.

Took my nieces to Menchie's for a treat, and as always, it didn’t disappoint. I’ve been a fan of this place since my high school days, and I’m happy to say that the quality has stayed consistent over the years. The location is clean, well-maintained, and continues to be a fun spot to enjoy some frozen yogurt with family. One of the things I appreciate most is the variety of flavours and toppings available, which makes it easy to customize your dessert just the way you like it.

When it comes to frozen yogurt, Menchie’s offers a great selection of flavours, but my all-time favourite is definitely the Oreo. It’s rich, creamy, and pairs perfectly with a wide array of toppings. Speaking of toppings, the selection here is impressive. Whether you’re into fresh fruit, candy, or nuts, there’s something for everyone. My nieces had a blast choosing their own combinations, and it’s always fun to see their creative concoctions. However, a word of caution—make sure to pace yourself while enjoying the frozen yogurt, as it’s all too easy to get a brain freeze if you dive in too quickly (especially when it’s as tasty as it is here).

Menchie’s also has a self-serve setup, which adds to the fun of creating your own dessert. You can choose exactly how much yogurt you want, and add as many toppings as you like. It’s great for both kids and adults who enjoy being a bit creative with their food. However, one small downside is that the chairs in the seating area aren’t particularly child-friendly. They’re a bit wobbly and not ideal for younger kids, so if you’re coming with little ones, you’ll need to keep an eye on them while they’re seated. It’s a minor issue, but something to be aware of if you’re visiting with children.

Overall, my experience at Menchie’s was enjoyable, as it usually is. It’s a reliable spot for a sweet treat, and I’m glad this location is still around after all these years. Whether you’re looking for a place to take the kids or just want to indulge in some frozen yogurt yourself, Menchie’s is a great option. Just be cautious if you’re bringing younger children due to the seating, but other than that, it’s a fun and delicious spot to visit.

The service at this store is absolutely terrible. The staff member I encountered was extremely rude and unprofessional. He clearly had no interest in helping customers and made the whole experience unpleasant. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We came here multiple times here but this day was the worst experience. We came here September 1st around 9.30pm. We were 3 people. We just got 1 cup of ice cream but too full as me and friend only wanted to have few bites. Now when we went for billing , this guy gave us two spoons, so I asked for one more spoon. He said “HE CAN’T GIVE 3 SPOONS per one cup” and smiling. I asked him politely that which restaurant have limited spoons? He was still smiling and he didn’t give us one more spoon. May be your spoon is nicer that’s whay you are not giving more spoon but broo keep the cheaper spoons and give customers more spoon if needed. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!

Had a bad customers experience when they had their machines down and had only paper note in the door that was hardly noticeable, especially as we regular come and pay with the card. So, we filled the cups with the ice-cream, and at cashier were asked to pay with cash only that we didn’t have. Tried to pay with card, that didn’t work. So the person at the counter started to threaten us with a police call. We left the place, left the ice cream, but now there is no desire to come back because of this negative experience we had.

This was my first time at menchies. I got a mango and strawberry yogurt with coconut shavings, blueberries & strawberries . The yogurt was alright I think it was just the flavour combo I chose. Next time I think I might try a peanutbutter and chocolate combo. My order cost approx $18 for those who are wondering (image below).

I did notice a bit of toppings in with others. Ie. blueberry had lychee pearls in it. But this is pretty much unavoidable when you were as busy as you were an hour ago (Parking lot was full, had to wait in line for flavours/toppings, all the tables outside were occupied, people having to sit in the backs of their cars to eat).

Wow. Great place for a children’s party. They can eat all the frozen yogurt with any topping they can imagine…oh so many! I went in to this location with two teenager’s telling myself that I didn’t want anything, but it’s not the faint of heart. I ended up loving everything about it…including my delish frozen yogurt combo.
