Dined here several times over the past few years and it’s always lovely. The veal scallopini is always my go to! The manager Alessya was so kind and attentive, checking in and making sure we were happy. She’s a great addition to the team and it’s very obvious she cares about the guest experience. We had a great time. Will return again!

I’ve been a huge fan of Mortorino’s for years, and once again they went above and beyond! The carbonara, burrata, and margherita pizza were absolutely perfect, every bite reminded me why this restaurant has been my go to for so long.
A special shoutout to management, who made our anniversary feel so special. From the warm welcome at the door to the attentive service throughout the meal and even when settling the bill, the entire team was incredible. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly elevated the experience and made the night unforgettable.
I’ll continue to recommend Mortorino’s to friends and family, not just for the consistently amazing food, but also for the outstanding staff who make every visit memorable.

This is the worst dining experience I’ve had at a restaurant in Toronto. The hundreds of flies they have flying around was the most irritating and chaotic experience I’ve ever had while dining out. I order the carbonara which was extremely greasy. The polenta fries tasted rotten and sour. The octopus was bland and the gnocchi was the only decent item from the menu. I took possibly 2 bites out of my food and informed my waitress that the food was not good she took it back. We asked for the bill thinking that as a respectful gesture to costumers they would remove it however the manager Alisa refused to and even refused to come and have a proper conversation regarding the bill. Absolutely do not recommend. Dirty environment and trash food.

Just had dinner at Motorino Woodbridge. Our server was Alessia! She’s such an amazing server and was so attentive and sweet! Next time I will ask to be seated in her section. Thanks to her our anniversary dinner was extra special ❤️

I usually order from here and it’s good but tonight was scary.. my burrata was sour and my meatballs were raw.. pasta hard as rock and not cooked.. I had to throw it all in the garbage

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant, largely due to the manager, Alice. While dining with a group, she repeatedly interrupted our serious conversation, unaware of social cues that it was inappropriate. On top of that, instead of helping the staff, she spent most of her time on her phone showing things to the employees , leaving our table without water and no server in sight. I strongly suggest she work on reading the room, approaching guests at the right time, and maintaining professionalism rather than socializing with employees.

The place is decent ,the food quality is good,tasty,mostly fresh. Wine selection is good. The service is excellent. Just don’t look around you. Dust on a ceiling,(hopefully not falling into your pizza),ripped chairs ,dirty floors ,,overall, the place needs some good cleaning.

This place never fails to impress. Had a great summer's night on the patio with friends. Service was great! Daniel is the best! He took the time to explain all the specials and answer all our questions. Great sense of humour and really great server even when it gets busy. Food is exceptional! Highly recommend the wood oven pizza.
A fun night out with family on the patio. Food was great, well presented. Our server Daniel was exceptional! Right from the start he was accommodating, made great recommendations, was witty and made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times and usually brushed off the small issues, but yesterday’s experience was unacceptable. We decided to sit on the patio—our first mistake. They forgot our cutlery, so I had to go inside twice to ask for plates and utensils because our appetizers arrived with no way to eat them. They also forgot the bread for the burrata, and after chasing our waitress down twice, it finally came out a full 10 minutes after the appetizers. The waitress couldn’t even set down drinks herself…she literally asked me to take them off the tray. Then, they dropped our takeout containers outside on the ground and still handed them to us without replacing them. To top it off, my cousin ordered vodka penne (something we’ve ordered many times before), and instead, she got a tomato pasta with chunks of tomato…completely wrong.
I still tipped well because I’m a decent person, but the service was horrendous. Maybe avoid hiring high schoolers to run the floor.
