This was the worst chicken shawarma wrap and plate we’ve ever had. The chicken tasted old and more like rotisserie chicken than shawarma. The wrap was completely bland. You could barely taste any sauce or seasoning. The lettuce was watery and made the whole wrap soggy. Overall, it was disgusting and a total waste of money. Even left us with a terrible aftertaste. Definitely would not recommend.

Just had a lovely experience at the original, Mr. Zagros. The lady behind the counter was absolutely lovely. She explained to me some history and the food was 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to come back. The sign was not lying. It is the best Shawarma in town.

It was my first time here and I was really impressed. The food was delicious, especially the Zagros Mix Kebab Plate — it was amazing! Both the portion size and the taste were beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to go to the Mr. Zagros near my house and it was always great, but since that one closed I tried this location and it was terrible. The lady at the counter took forever to even take our order, and when she finally did, she didn’t start making it for about 20 minutes because she was busy with another customer’s huge order. Then she accidentally dropped their 5 boxes of food on the floor and had to completely redo it, while we were still waiting. In the end, it took 36 minutes before she even started on ours. The service was slow, unorganized, and beyond frustrating. SHOULD NOT TAKE NEARLY 40MIN FOR FAST FOOD. Also prices was increased significantly in the last 2 months. Definitely not coming back here.
