Popped in tonight and was greeted by a smiling and very helpful cashier Tiana. She was a breath of fresh air, awesome customer service skills. The staff is wonderful and I enjoy shopping there for all my groceries, gluten free and organic. Shout out also to Christine who is always so helpful and kind. I’ve known her for years and she is always smiling. Thank you to both girls for making me smile 😊

The selection might be good but all the cashier are always in a bad mood (at least the ones that had helped me) making me not wanting not to coma back and taking my business elsewhere. Management should tell them what costumer services is about.

Do not buy your vitamins from this place!!!! There are so many other good places that have way better customer service and return policies. I’ve always bought my vitamins elsewhere, the one time I buy from Nature’s Emporium, and try to return or exchange it, as it did not work well with me, they did not allow it.
