I picked up some beautiful cookies from Nicole’s Bakery today for my father’s funeral. During such a difficult time, it meant a lot to have something so thoughtfully made. My experience this afternoon at Nicola was my first visit as I was next door for a different reason and my sister and myself went in to try it out and we first were greeted by Fabian who was helpful and gave us some incredible info on how the place has been around for 14 years and was started by his 90 year old grandfather who’s been a gold medal baker for 60 years.. well that sold us on ha some of the best biscotti’s I’ve had in a long time and their coffees were great too! We will definitely be back for some other home baked goods for sure along with coffees..
