$6 for a gelato and he put it in the cash register without punching it through the till. Hmmmmm.

Went in for an expresso and a vanilla eclair today. The girl who helped was extremely nice and the eclair was amazing.

Agree with others but in my view, service standards are falling including their pizzas. Not cheap. Servers need to do better in listening skills, the cashier appears unfriendly and mostly distracted. Not criticizing but wishing to do better.

So rude, shop elsewhere! My grown daughter went to pick up some desserts and asked for a few fruit tarts…the fresh ones at the front. The women behind the counter said no, she could only have the ones at the back which were old and shrivelled. My daughter pointed out the peach slice on those was gray and not edible but the women still refused her. She picked out other pastries and brought them home…old dry and truly awful. We threw them out. Advice…throw away the old stuff, sell your customers what they want, and maybe they’ll come back. We won’t!!!

This is the real old school bakery and pizzeria.
The pizza is made on a wood fired stone oven nice and crispy and not too thick

The hot table is always great especially there soups like minestrone. The ladies that make this remind me of my moms cooking. Amazing job ladies!

I was referred here by a young woman from a grocery store nearby who claimed this bakery was fancy and THE place to go as far as Italian bakeries in Woodbridge go.

I drive there and I could tell from the exterior that this place was not "it". I go inside and it's quaint. Staff is nice. I saw a pizza station inside with a proper pizza oven ...so I ordered a Margherita pizza. I paid and bought some other things. When my pizza was ready, I asked the woman who made it why there was no basil on my margherita pizza. She said this establishment doesn't keep fresh basil. I was confused....I asked her what goes on a margherita pizza? She says Sauce+cheese+basil. I asked her what kind of pizza she has given me...she said it has since+cheese only. I didn't want that pizza as toddlers eat pizza with only sauce+cheese. I just expressed my annoyance & disappointment and left. The staff didn't seem to really care 🤷 I ate one slice and the dough was also confusing. There were no air bubbles in a pizza made in a pizza wood burning stove 🤷🤷 ...it was like some sort of pizza kit pretend dough was used....it was like eating pizza on a cracker 🤷 ...I ended up throwing it in the trash. This place does not make authentic Italian pizza. I also got tiramisu but I'm afraid to try it bcz the quality of the pizza was so disappointing 😭
