Noir Cafe and Lounge

Nice shesha lounge. Loud music is the only downer. When you make a reservation you have to vacate after 90mins, which we found odd..we probably didn't read the fine print when booking. Otherwise great experience. .

We used to go here every Friday and sometimes even on weekdays to have shisha and we play carrom there but one day we reserved a table and went there so we were having shisha we had reservation from 10-11:30 and we ask for a head change and the lady refused i don't know what the problem with her she was so rude even though we talked that we gonna pay the full price she made faces we never going back again and i wont recommend this place to anyone i used to send my freinds to hangout but now ……

I’ve been coming to Noir for years. I always have the best time. Staff do a really good job walking you through the flavours and the wonderful mixes. This amongst the best lounges in Ontario. I highly recommend coming here whether it’s your first time or you’re an enthusiast!

Originally we called around 8:30 but were told everything was booked. We made a reservation for the earliest table at 11:30, and our initial interaction over the phone was with a girl who was dismissive, rushing to end the call. Despite her promise of notifying us about an earlier availability, no such call happened. We ended up arriving earlier and decided to test our luck by going in, we were surprised to find the establishment relatively quiet, contrary to the busy impression painted by the girl on the phone. There were 3 free booths. The two gentleman who assisted us were very pleasant however, the same cannot be said for the ladies working there.It came to our attention that the charcoal in the shisha is replaced only once, and if you wish to extend your stay (after an hour and a half), a new shisha head must be purchased. You would expect such information to be shared upfront with customers, but we only learned about it when we tried to request charcoal. They charge a hefty amount for the shisha, and it is baffling that they find it too much to provide a coal that cost less than 25 cents! Seeking clarification on this unexpected policy, the same dismissive tone from the girl returned, making the interaction less than satisfactory, particularly when speaking to my friend. It became evident that the concept of customer service had taken a back seat.While the shisha itself was not bad, the overall experience was mediocre. In comparison to other places like Mazaj, where service is superior, our expectations were not met at Noir despite all the good reviews. We advise to do yourself a favor explore alternative lounges for a more fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

Never going back, food was a joke and that wasn't even what ruined it. I asked the guy for a change of coals and he told me im only allowed once, that’s like being allowed to have one napkin at a restaurant. 15 minutes later he came and switched it for free after he heard me complaining so much. Shisha was good i guess but not worth the $$$

The shisha here is extremely good and the tea very tasty ! Ryan is very passionate about his mixes and goes out of his way to make sure you are enjoying the experience!

As a stoner, this is the best style of shisha I've ever had. Very smooth and awesome to pair with a blunt outside! The owner is a very chill dude as well!

I have been coming here for a couple years now and it has always been the best shisha experience in GTA. They serve high quality shishas with unique flavours that will want you coming back to try more! The vibe is chill and they service cool non alcoholic drinks!

Met a friend for coffee and shisha on a Tuesday night. Place was not busy, music was not too loud - easy enough to have a conversation across the table with my friend.Shisha was great! We had a flavor called Paris something. It was smooth, smoked well, and tasted great. Drinks were good, maybe a little too sweet, but good sizes.All in all a nice place for a mid week hangout with a friend. Heard the weekends get really packed and it's a small place, so go early?

I had the worst experience at noir tonight when I arrived at the lounge me and my wife got seated at a couch the owner came to us and told my wife to move from the seat or “there’s the door” when it was YOUR EMPLOYEE who sat us there in first place.. what kind of customer service is this.. you’re never getting my business again.. learn manners and customer service I have attached the guy’s picture who gave us this wonderful experience

I honestly don’t know where to start but I drove from Ottawa to specifically visit this beautiful lounge and what can I say other then it was not disappointing at all unbelievable service and great quality Hookah will definitely recommend anyone to come and check this place out!!!
