Gianfranco has the worst tiramisu!!! He actually spits in the mixture as a charm to attract more customers as confessed by his ex. He’s 40 year old bipolar man in midlife crisis living with his parents wishing he was still 25.

Gianfranco is an awesome person and chef, took the time explaining the whole process to me over the phone and told me this was authentic Italian Tiramisu unlike the modified version who cheap out on ingredients. Tasted amazing, mine was fresh so cutting it was hard to get a perfect slice for pictures ? if you want a quality Tiramisu give Nonna's House Tiramisu a try. I went for the classic, can't go wrong with that choice!Update:After putting it in the freezer it's much easier to cut it the next day and it holds up very nicely.

If you’re looking for home made tiramisu made fresh and delicious. This is that place to get it from. Nonnas House Tiramisu is now my go to spot for tiramisu; it’s very hard to find authentic home made tiramisu. I am so happy to have met Gianfranco, he is a great guy and cares a lot about his tiramisu. It’s true when they say “it ALWAYS tastes BETTER at Nonna’s house”
