The tiramisu and cupcakes were delicious, and the staff was kind when we arrived. However, I did have a bit of trouble getting in touch beforehand. I tried calling to let them know I was running late for pickup, but no one answered. I figured they might be busy since it was a Saturday afternoon, but when we got there, the shop was actually pretty quiet.
I overheard the team chatting about the missed call, which was a little awkward. It was clear they knew someone had tried to reach them. On top of that, they wanted to reverse look up to see the number and joked that they “really want to call back because they just had to know.” I didn’t bring it up since I was short on time, but it did leave me feeling a bit uncertain about their communication.
Also, the order confirmation mentioned I’d get an email once my order was ready, but I never received one. That added to the confusion and was another reason I tried to call.
That said, their baked goods are good. I’d just recommend reaching out by email or DM instead of calling if you need to get in touch. Will I order again? Probably, because the desserts are good and our friends enjoyed them, just with a bit more patience next time.

There is no flavour in the cupcake or the cakes. You cannot taste chocolate or red velvet or vanilla. It tastes like you a taking a spoon full of sugar from a can and eating straight out of the can. You are literally just eating sugar with no taste. Both cupcakes and cake taste was bad.
Plus they got the order completely messed up. I won’t be going there again.

Donuts were underwhelming. Bought several boxes of donuts and all my guests said the same thing, that the donuts were dry and not fresh.
I ordered 24 cupcakes for my brother's 60th birthday on Saturday and everyone absolutely loved the cupcakes. So moist and delicious. Highly recommend this place. Will definately order again.

Everyone always loves their cakes and they do an exceptional job with the decorating. I will keep ordering from here, they are a family favourite!
