What a local store can offer in customer service is something big companies can never match. Unexpectely warm experience! Not a cafe, as we thought, but rather a retailer for Italian coffee and related items. However, the mother of the owner/operator(?) kindly made us cappuccinos anyway at no charge, so that we could try their product, and they were excellent! Well balanced and rich flavour. Bonus: biscotti and meeting Ice the dog.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do—they make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The espresso is absolutely top-notch. Rich, smooth, and expertly pulled every time full of flavour. You can tell they care about quality in every cup. Even the water stands out—it tastes like no other. Crisp and refreshing every sip. Highly recommended!
