Mannu at Osmow’s was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he really cares about customer service, everything was fresh, packed well, and made exactly how I asked. He kept the line moving but still gave everyone attention.
Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Osmow’s. If you’re going, hope Mannu is working!

Very disappointed! The app showed my order as ready, but when I arrived, it wasn’t even started. Ended up waiting much longer than expected. Poor service and no communication — definitely not a good experience.
