Food: As other reviews have stated, the broth is very rich but the meat lacks flavour for the most part. For the price, you get a generous amount of tenderloin, brisket, and beef balls but it can be inconsistent with the amount of beef balls you get in your bowl. The bean sprouts, Thai basil, and lemon grass are served with little scissors - something I haven’t seen other place that makes removing stems so much easier!Hot tea and iced grapes for dessert are on the house which is a nice bonus!Atmosphere and service: Ample seating and spacious restaurant but don’t expect quality service. The servers are very kind but won’t serve the way you may be used to - if you ask them for recommendations they simply say “I don’t know, whatever you want”.Overall a good experience if you’re just looking to grab a quick bite for lunch or dinner and leave - 3.5/5 stars would visit again.I’m on a mission to find the best Pho in the GTA - follow me for more Pho reviews!

The service is atrocious here . I asked for no cilantro in my soup and when I indicated this to the lady in charge she raised her voice and caused a scene in the restaurant saying it’s not in my soup . I told her it’s in there. And she continued yelling disturbing everyone in the place. Then she proceeded to tell the people at the next table what happened with my soup. Very unprofessional . Mistakes happen and it was an easy correction . After 10 minutes or arguing they changed my soup. For this alone I’ll never return .

Food itself was acceptable.Customer service was very bad.The old woman waitress had poker face and impolite and rude attitude.Avoid this restaurant unless you really like their food. Other pho restaurants do have much better food and more hospitable and friendly customer service.

Delicious food and good service. Plating is of high quality, the atmosphere of the place is clean, organized, warm and welcoming, as well as comfortable seating. Definitely recommend this place.EDIT (JULY 2022): I'm a long-time regular customer ever since the restaurant opened its doors and this place is still hands-down the only pho store that I TRUST with the broth. Everything above from my previous review remains true, although the service could be better though. Faster service would do, but other than that, Pho Real is truly "real" with its authentic pho broth, that is incomparable to any other pho restaurants within the GTA. This is also coming from a Vietnamese :)
