I went in to grab a quick bite, and I was intrigued by the chicken Shawarma burger.

However, it fell short of my expectations that it was only offered as a combo with fries included, and the worker there couldn’t even tell me the price without fries.

Offering items individually as well as in combos would give customers more flexibility and reduce unnecessary food waste.

The staff is very clearly overworked. During peak times there should be at least 2 employees on a shift, otherwise walk in customers should be given priority over delivery orders. The poor service and long wait times is not to be blamed on the employee’s but on the owner! Shame on them.

I started feeling unwell right after the meal. To make matters worse, there was even visible pollen in the vegetables—clearly something that had blown in from outside. This just highlights the lack of proper maintenance and cleanlines.
