Ordered a pickup order and even arrived 10 min after the estimated pickup time only to find out they haven’t even started making the order yet.
Had to wait another 25 min in the store. Didn’t even apologize or offer compensation. Multiple pick up orders even came in and picked theirs up while I had to wait.
