This was my first and last time at this Pizza Nova location.
I went in and asked for the Double Double Deal (2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings each for $25). I told the cashier I wanted all 4 toppings on one pizza and the other pizza plain. She said, “Sure, absolutely,” wrote the toppings down, and started entering it into the system.
Then her owner came over, spoke to her in Persian, and took over the order. He entered it into the system and told me the total was $34 and change. I told him the deal is $25, and he said it was more because I had “more toppings.”
I explained again that I was just combining the toppings from both pizzas onto one, exactly as the cashier had agreed. The cashier was also trying to explain this to him. He then changed it and said the total was $29.60. That’s still about $1.35 more than the advertised deal, but at that point I just paid.
What really bothered me is that he did not give me the detailed receipt, only the credit card slip, which makes it feel like he knew exactly what he was doing.
That extra $1.35 cost him much more in the long run:
He lost me as a customer permanently.
1-star review that will stay online forever.
And most probably a call from the franchise about this behavior.
If you think you’re being clever by overcharging customers, you will eventually lose much more than you gain.

I actually really love pizza Nova Pizza, however, they have a gentleman that makes the pizzas who has an absolutely atrocious attitude. Completely disrespectful talks very condescendingly has no good customer service skills whatsoever. Irks me every time I order and have to pick up.

We ordered a delivery last night. The wings sauce was all over the pizza box, the panzerotti was also drenched with the wings sauce. The whole order was a mess. Pizza also tasted like the wings sauce! An absolute disappointment with our order.

I have tried its pizza from others locations too but I have never get any kind of bad service but today when I went to this place and order pizza and then I found out a hair in it after showing the hair to them they were saying that its not hair may be its cheese. After showing it properly by clicking the picture they accept it is hair. Instead of any apologies they were saying that you want to put bad reviews it’s okay and blah blah. They were saying that they can offer me other slice of pizza. Why? Why would I take another slice, what if I something else in that too . What if I ate that pizza, who would be responsible for my health . It’s not a procedure and It was really disgusting moment for me and my friend . I left the place without taking anything from there. They have to take care of these things.

It’s a small pizza nova location There are a few seats for high top table The order through call centre and they did pretty good job on making the pizza with a general amount of toppings and balance of cheese It was a good experience for takeout, simple quick and good don’t forget the chilli oil and chilli flakes
The pizza was absolutely gross, undercooked and disgusting. Pizza nova has declined in the past few years. It's an Italian company that has no Italians making the pizza. Ewww

I have ordered 2 party sized pizzas from this location in the last 2 week. I really enjoy pizza nova but the quality of pizza being made at this location has left alot to be desired.
Not sure how a party size pizza comes out half extreme thick crust and the other half see through but they may need to check if there oven is on an angle
For a large chain and it being a pizza place in freaking Woodbridge I expected better.
