Store # 046 Weston Rd & langstaff. I waited 3 days before I posted this. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went to pick up an order that I did not place. A total of 3 Customers in the store. I joined the line. As I was waiting my turn another customer came in and he got in line behind me. 2 people leave. Now there are just 2 people in the store. My turn. I give the woman my info, she replies cannot find it. Do you have the last 4 digits of the phone number it was ordered under. I open my phone to look at who placed the order, She immediately starts serving the customer behind me. The person behind me kinda looks stunned, then he starts apologising to me. He apologised 3 more times while they were getting his order. He apologised again while exiting the store. I guess they made him feel like he budded in line. Which he did not. I told the woman that what she did was rude and disrespectful. She said we are really busy. I'm the only person in the store??? I asked her how she would feel if I wrote a bad review. She shrugged her shoulders and said we don't care. Obviously they don't care. Customer service still haven't gotten back to me. I know writing this review I will only receive a generic response. Just a heads up if you feel like being disrespected and treated rude this is the Pizza Nova store for you.

This location used to be so good, I dont understand how the quality and service has gotten so bad my last few orders have been very sub par. There is little to no sauce and the toppings are inconsistent. This was my last time ordering from pizza nova entirely.

ABSOLUTE WORST customer service!!!! Female staff misunderstood my order, apparently got annoyed. She doesn’t know her products-both toppings and prices! Then she cut me off mid order and served someone else! On top of this, as I was leaving to (not) come back, she hastily grabbed the paper she was writing on and crumpled it up!!!!! ABSOLUTELY appalled!!!!!

Not sure what’s going but the last four orders have been absolutely disgusting. My kid opened the box and started crying with how bad the pizza looked. I’m thinking they might have a new chef because the pizza used to be delicious here but lately it has been quite poor

Not particularly impressed with this location. The pizza was not good. Order ordered a Hawaiian and it had a strange taste to it. Ingredients seemed stale. Staff wasn't that friendly either.

The bruschetta pizza isn’t supposed to be like this. I’ve had it many times before but never anything remotely this bad. Further, it had virtually no tomato sauce, and the crust was soggy. It was simply disgusting!
I don’t know what is going on with this location, but based upon other reviews, it’s a chronic problem. What a waste of money! Truly disappointing.

I bought a deluxe slice around 6pm last Tuesday from an already dismal lack of options of so-called fresh pizza and this slice had the least amount of quantity of ingredients.
Even with the gossamer of sauce, vegetables and pepperoni, the cheese must have been prepared in a slovenly cavalier way because the very next day I got diarrhea like I never had before which caused me to miss out on employment for 2 days.
I’ve never had a Pizza Nova experience like this so this is a location specific issue hopefully, avoid this Langstaff location at all costs if you value yourself.
Slice was stale old and super thin, probably there for most of the day. There was very little cheese and and sauce on it as well. It looked like they were cutting corners on the toppings. I dont recomend this Pixza Nova location.

Late night order never disappoint. Always order from this location near home. Even ordered at late time, my custom create-your-own pizza turns out to be fabulous every time! All the toppings I chose were added in abundance. Such a decadence to have their pizza.

Busy location. Ordered on the app and didn’t have to wait long before it was ready. Pizza was cooked perfectly. Pizza Nova is the best franchised pizza in town. Got it with extra sauce on the bottom and it was 👌.

Great pizza, same great taste like always. They even have gluten free options. The women that usually helps us is very sweet and friendly. Sometimes wish they had more slice options available when I come in but it’s usually not a long wait, especially if they are making a fresh one.
