Rudest customee service ever. I asked if i could use tge washroom. The old guy said theres no key someone might be inside. I waited half an hour. There was no one inside. When i asked the guy he snapped on me.and said i cant check i went to court because of it. Dosent make any sense. If you cant even clean your store. Why even work there.

I ordered online and ordered keto crust pizza with creamy garlic base sauce. Keto crust literally costs double and I paid extra for it and the sauce. They sent me a normal thin crust pizza. I’m allergic to gluten and I had to discard the entire pizza. When I called the store- they couldn’t care less and basically didn’t do ANYTHING. They don’t take allergies seriously and the customer service is pathetic.

Customer service is worst ever seen. The guy ripped us off by charging us separately for pizza, pop and dips rather than making it a combo. $27 for just a 4 topping large pizza is insane. Never visit.

Ordered a pizza, waited 50 mins and then driver showed up and added himself tip without me knowing, same as the amount of the pizza. Like seriously, they wanted me to pay double the price for a pizza. And he showed no customer service, instead snatched the payment device and ran off without delivering the pizza. He behaved absolutely insane. Don’t order anything from them. Poorest service.
I ordered online and driver showed up with the food , he handed me the payment machine, i checked he added the tip without letting me know , when i asked him very nicely that did you add the tip?, the driver went so violent, chose the profanity and he snatched the machine out of my hand, and drove away. No customer service skills at all.

Dropped in to order a pizza to bring home. Was told it would take 25 min as they were busy with orders. All good with me since my family was going shopping in the area. Popped back 35 minutes after ordering to find out the pizza hadn't even been started yet. I was told we were next. So we waited another 20 minutes for our pizza. Pizza was tasty and worth the wait. But if I knew it would take an hour I would have gone elsewhere. Best to order over the phone to ensure prompt service. I paid in advance and feel like they had my money and didn't prioritize me.

We are extremely disappoiexperience at this store. Today, we ordered a pizza, and my daughter went to pick it up at 7:45 p.m. When she camented and upset with our recent back, she was visibly shocked and hurt because of the terrible and disrespectful treatment she received from the cashier.
As customers, we expect basic courtesy and professionalism, especially when sending our children to pick up food. What happened tonight was completely unacceptable and left us feeling angry and saddened.
We hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff on how to treat customers with respect and kindness. We will think twice before returning.
