Disgusting and very dirty place. I went to order and the guy who was working there was touching his nose and making pizza as well as noticed roaches in cooler were having pizza slices …
I placed an order and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only did I have to wait an unusually long time for my order, but the staff at the location were also rude and dismissive when I finally received my order, it was completely incorrect.
This experience was frustrating and far below the standards I expect from a well-known chain like Pizza Pizza. I hope you take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure better service I demand a full explanation for this incident, immediate corrective action with the staff involved, for the ruined order and the time wasted. If this issue is not addressed properly and promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to higher channels and share this experience publicly.
We ordered at this location and after waiting 30 minutes they gave us a wrong order. First of all the guy leading this team lacks professionalism and integrity. At the time we were waiting about 4-5 cx came and three of them were uber delivery drivers. They mixed the everybody’s orders, and confronted the drivers for their mistakes. Also, one of employees an older gentleman consistently plugged his nose and ear hairs, he was working without gloves. The trays and boxes were on the floor and nobody clean or replaced them.
When they got confronted the team lead, (ig) became confrontational and instead of apologizing he asked us to wait for a replacement. At the end we got our refund and I think this outlet is privately owned, but whatever the case may be; the existence of such an outlet is a stain to the Pizza Pizza brand. We will be filling a formal complaint with the Health and Safety Ministry.
The owner shall take the necessary steps to address people’s concerns or this outlet should be closed down for good.
If there was an option to review this location 0 star I wud love to do it. Not because of anything but because of their worker Ronnie. Ok Friday 10 PM we ordered pizza for our team near Ratherford and Jane, which is not too far from this location. Around 10:40 we got a call saying driving is just leaving and we will get pizza in 10 min. I had no prb till then, at 11.00 the system showed us a message saying our order had been canceled. I called store few times no answer then I called after few min Ronnie picked up and told us its not cancel its still coming, finally pizza came at 11:18. We had a email saying from pizza pizza, that in 40 minutes if pizza doesn’t deliver it’s free. When I told the driver we will not be paying for pizza which arrived after 1 hour 40 minutes he called Ronnie , Ronnie told me on phone that he will not give us the pizza and asked driver to bring it back. 1 and half hour wait and no food for my team. Then I called the pizza pizza customer service, after 15 minutes wait the customer service told me that the order has been marked as delivered and Roonie told them he delivered and handed us the order !!! Lies lies lies, we didn’t have the food and I don’t know why we wud call customer service if we had the food ?? Either the man is a lie or pizza pizza don’t really care about their customer and believe on their liar employees. We order 3 times a weekend for our team from pizza pizza and going forward this will change, cause not just their employee lies but their head office don’t really care when someone calls with a complain . Ordered XXL pizza, it was so good and well cooked. The guy working alone and still did not hurry instead he is so polite and professional. Appreciate!
I ordered chicken pizza but they gave me veggie. And when I came back they said you ordered veggie one not chicken. Horrible service

Drove a while to redeem the Toronto Raptors free slice and the person working refused the marketing promotion. He did not tell us we needed the Pizza Pizza app, although we had the game tickets. We left and were disappointed. We returned home and researched that we needed the app for redemption. Why didn’t the manager tell us that while we were in the restaurant? Makes no sense. His demeanour gave us the impression that he didn’t care because the slices were “free”. We planned on adding more to the bill but he lost the opportunity at a sale.
Very bad experience..They don’t have education of how to deal with customers and have very rude behaviour…And start argument with us that you replace the order rather than accept their mistake..The old man look understandable but he is not a understandable and useless and ask talk to owner but there is no owner is the store.The owner Bobby..he have to take care of this restaurant and educate them how to respect customer..I am also worker in restaurant but i never ever behave like this with customer..Please stay away from this restaurant and never visit again..And if he is there don’t give order 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Crooked location. Miserable sleazy middle aged man that refuses to scan your code to earn pizza pizza rewards saying this location doesn't participate if your purchase single slices. I checked the website and nowhere does it say theres minimum purchase required. Very rude and shady. What return to this location.
Very good service by staff and they make very goods pizza
Pizza was undercooked, cold and just overall, not good. They forgot half my order (I ordered pizza and wings) and had to redeliver after an hour of waiting. Didn’t offer any compensation or even apologize. Will not visit or order from here again.
Perfect pizza: size, toppings, well done, cut everything. Worth the experience.
This is what we receive at the end of 30 mins. Cx service offers 50% refund credit or wait for another 30-40 min for a replacement. What a joke! Rude Cx service agent, worst experience ever.
