Very bad experience for the third time in this location Weston rd. 7600, I placed an order which took more than an hour to arrive but nothing came even though I called the star to know what was happening and they just hang out my call leaving me without the pizza which I order for my guests and now to break my family iftar. Very poor service and badly customer support.

Driver's are lazy, they NEVER deliver to your door, worst of all they threaten to leave if you don't go down and meet them. A delivery fee and tip is paid so make the delivery.

We just bought pizza from this store, because we are fan of there pizza, because we tried pizza from there cottrelle franchise. But I don't know what was going on the mind of server, his behavior was monotonous and our pizza was burnt totally. Now, this place goes into my garbage list. There were no napkins in our take out. I recommend please don't visit them. I feel agitated. If there was any options to rate them in negative then I go for that.

If I could give 0 I would. I ordered pizza on Halloween, I understand its very busy and the delivery time would be longer. I kept up with the tracking and got notification the food was arriving so I was waiting by the door. And no one came, but the driver (Babak) marked the order as delivered. I called pizza pizza but took forever for someone to answer so I went to the location in person. I explained the situation and the driver himself was there and said he came to our door twice and knocked (no one came to our house) I explained that he should've called because he clearly had the wrong door and accused me of lying. They then said I would still need to pay for the food. I left without the food. They're completely rude accusing me of lying and unprofessional!
