Absolutely fantastic experience at Pizza Pizza! My order was ready quickly, the staff were friendly, and the food was perfect. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings—exactly the way I ordered it. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the cheese had that perfect melt. The store was clean and welcoming, and everything felt well organized. Great value for the quality, and their deals make it even better. Usually, I don’t give feedback but this is totally unacceptable, very very poor customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats (order number: FC09D). 7694 Islington Avenue unit # 5 When I went for the pickup, ( must be the owner ) the employees asked me to show the Uber number. I saw him which is fine but He grabbed my phone and (marked) swipe pick up. Hence, it means that the order was picked up by customer, but I did not get my order, also he put my phone on pizza boxes and took pictures with his own cellphone I asked him why did you do that this is my personal phone And his answer is this is Uber policy and Pizza Pizza’s policy and he refuses to give my order and walks away Please guys do not order from the this Pizza Pizza Location if you save your money and time. Because I lost my money food and time too.
