My husband called Pizzaville at 4:30pm to order one large cheese pizza, and was told we should get it within one hour. The pizza still had not arrived at 5:45pm so when we called Pizzaville, we were told that the pizza was on the way. The pizza arrived at 6:30pm and it was lukewarm at best.
2 hour wait for a barely warm pizza is unacceptable. We called Pizzaville to complain and we were told that “they will tell the managers”. If this is how Pizzaville handles customer complaints - good luck to you.
I will never buy from Pizzaville again.

Extremely disappointed with Pizzaville, as there is no standard. Pizzaville Bolton does something totally different to this pizza ville. I am incredibly disappointed with Pizzzaville bolton, and corporation. Please kindly ensure all pizzaville accurately displays the correct timings on google.

We had a very good pizza, and it was a special on at time, and it made for a good value. The staff was very good and the young lady working on the counter was friendly and helpful. We sat out side on the patio, and she brought it out for us once it was ready. Then asked if needed anything else, and was quick to bring us soon napkins.

We order from this location monthly and the pizza always taste great and comes very hot (considering were about a 10-15min drive away) Dine in is just the same, this location takes pride in their business (always clean, food tastes great)
