My son and his girlfriend went here for a valentines dinner. Instead of cancelling with the storm they went. They were rushed and kept texting us that they felt like they wanted them to leave. If customers make it out then treat them properly when everyone else was cancelling because of weather. .

A Valentine's Day Disaster at PZA We booked a table, hearts aglow, Hoping for romance, a meal to show. But PZA had a different way— They ruined our Valentine's Day. The food was fine, just okay, Yet something went astray— Where's my bolognese? Nowhere near, Only silence from the waiter's ear. So off we went, in search of taste, To Burger's Priest—no time to waste. PZA? Never again. No way. Thanks for nothing, Valentine's Day.

Food was good but pricey for location and ambiance Service was excellent. Menu selection limited- out of some of the ingredients

The interior was nicely decorated but the restaurant is in an indoor plaza. Pasta was too rich and over sauced. High pitch alarm was on the entire time we were there which was very annoying.

I recently visited PZA with friends to celebrate a birthday, and while the food and drinks were great, the overall experience was very disappointing due to poor customer service and a lack of hospitality.

We arrived 15 minutes late for our reservation and understood that the restaurant has a 90-minute dining policy. However, this time frame felt unrealistic for a relaxed dinner, especially for a special occasion like a birthday. Our server, May, repeatedly reminded us that another party was waiting for our table. Yet, when we left, there was no one in sight waiting for the table, which made us question the urgency.

What made the experience worse was how rushed we felt as we were leaving. On our way out, we noticed the servers at the bar openly talking about us. It’s one thing to make comments after guests leave, but doing so while customers are still in the restaurant is incredibly unprofessional and rude.

While PZA serves delicious food and drinks, the customer service left a bad taste in our mouths. A great dining experience isn’t just about the food—it’s also about feeling welcome and valued as customers. Unfortunately, this visit was far from that. I wouldn’t recommend PZA for anyone looking to celebrate or enjoy an evening out without being rushed or judged.

As someone who has worked the customer service and hospitality industry with extensive leadership experience, this was uncomfortable.

Great food, but honestly the worst service (Disclaimer). I understand there’s a 90 minute limit but you cannot just force us to leave. Some tips: maybe offer your guests waiting a drink or a seat at the bar. The team was so disrespectful, as we were (quickly) finishing up our drinks they were talking badly about us at the bar. We did our best to finish our food within the time limit but you cannot force us out. Our server May was so rude and the one who brought us our bill was so hostile. I’d appreciate if the manager could contact me about this I’d love to talk about my night here.

PZA was actually a very nice restaurant I've been to! The setting is quite beautiful, very open concept. The food was also really good! I had their butternut squash rigattoni, and it was so good! Something I haven't tasted before. Very heavy and filling so you get full from one plate. Their desserts are also great, would definitely visit again.

Pizza was okay. I had the prosciutto cotto with mushrooms and olives. I ate it with a concern that something was past the date...had a funny flavour and I took the risk. Portion was very generous. $20 single wooden pizza a bit expensive. Atmosphere is nice and place is pretty. Service was kind and helpful.

Our second time at PZA and we'll like come again. I must say though that this time around the pasta dishes although creative and well plated, they were super salty which took away from what should have been a great meal. The Pizzas and the Calamari with shrimp were great.
The service tonight was adequate but not over the top they seemed disinterested in us, in fact didn't even ask if we wanted any drinks with our meal and only brought us tap warm water. This place is pricey for a casual dining experience but it has potential to live up to its pricing and we will visit again. I hope that these reviews will spur them to excellence!

Very very bad customer service. Not at all welcoming. Rude behaviour from the waitress. Although the food is good but the atmosphere is just not there.
Won’t be returning.
